S.E.I.S.D was setup to fulfill the growing need in India for skilled manpower across sectors and narrow the existing gap between the demand and supply of employment oriented education and training. We offer end-to-end training and skill development program which help to improve business productivity and enhance youth employability. Many learning centers in real and urban locations are set up to provide employability skills aligned to industry needs. There are many sectors & millions of jobs opportunities across these sectors, where industries continue to struggle for skilled talent. In order to bridge this talent gap, S.E.I.S.D offers skill building solution to the unemployed youths. We offers employability programs that in turn creates corporate ready workforce. Some of S.E.I.S.D skill development initiatives include:

Adarsh Gram Skill Camp Project: Hon’ble Prime Minister of India has launched Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav on 12th March 2021 involving series of events that will be organised by the Government of India to commemorate the 75th Anniversary of India’s Independence (https://amritmahotsav.nic.in/ ). Under this initiative, MSDE under SANKALP plans to undertake RPL certification of workers in identified villages selected under Pradhan Mantri Adarsh Gram Yojana (PMAGY), Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India. Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) recognizes the value of learning acquired outside a formal setting and provides a government certificate for an individual’s skills.

Six SSCs namely Automotive Skills Development Council, Food Industry Capacity and & Skill Initiative (FICSI), Furniture and Fittings Skill Council, Agriculture Skill Council of India, Paints and Coatings Skill Council and Indian Plumbing Skills Council have been selected for implementation of Adarsh Gram Skill camp project under SANKALP programme of MSDE.
